The details
Home Base is the cookware set we'd design for our own kitchens: two fry pans, a saucepan, a deep sauté, a stockpot, three lids, a steamer insert, and a turner — the ten pieces that cover roughly every meal a home cook actually makes.
The bodies are 3.2 mm forged aluminum with a three-layer PFOA-free nonstick that releases eggs without a fight and wipes clean without a scrub. The base is magnetic, so it works on induction as well as gas and electric, and the set is oven safe to 400°F with the lids on.
Handles are riveted, not welded, with a stay-cool shape that doesn't spin in your hand. It's the set to buy once instead of replacing the cheap one every two years.
