Every order ships within 48 hours of being placed (business days). Orders placed before 2pm ET usually go out the same day. Everything ships from our own warehouse in Charlotte, NC.

3–6 business days in the continental US via USPS or UPS — we pick the carrier by your address and box size. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico run 5–9 business days via USPS Priority; APO/FPO/DPO addresses run 5–12 business days.

Orders over $50 ship free — everything in the catalog except the $39 washcloth dozen clears that bar on its own. Under $50, shipping is a flat $5.95. No minimums beyond that, no membership, no promo codes to hunt for.

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything for a refund to your original payment method, processed within 5–10 business days of reaching our Charlotte dock. Email support@valuesupplyandco.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label — free for damaged or defective items, $6.95 deducted from your refund for change-of-mind returns. Email photos of the damage and your order number to support@valuesupplyandco.com within 7 days of delivery. We ship a free replacement within 48 hours — no return required in most cases (we'll tell you when we need the item back, and cover that label too).

Yes. Bundle items can be returned individually within 30 days — the refund is prorated at the bundle's price, not the what-it-costs-separately price. Most people find it simpler to return the whole set, but you're never locked in.

Grams per square meter — basically towel density. Our bath sets are 550 GSM (plush but quick-drying), the washcloth pack is 500 GSM. Anything under 400 is a beach towel; anything over 650 takes a day and a half to dry in a normal bathroom.

Yes — the Home Base set has a magnetic base, so it works on induction as well as gas and electric. It's oven safe to 400°F with the lids on, and the nonstick is PFOA-free.

Not yet — the bundles are pre-packed by the crew in Charlotte, which is how they hit the price. If you want a specific mix, email support@valuesupplyandco.com and if enough people ask for the same swap, it becomes a SKU.
