Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or ordering from valuesupplyandco.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by Value Supply and Co LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company headquartered at 5501 Governors Dr NW, Charlotte, NC 28216. Your card statement will show VALUE SUPPLY CO. That descriptor applies to every order placed through the Site.

3. Products, descriptions, and availability

  • We work hard to describe products accurately — GSM, thread counts, piece counts, and dimensions are published on every product page. Even so, colors vary by screen, and reactive glazes vary by kiln.
  • Products may sell out, especially around the holidays. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we'll contact you within one business day and refund in full or offer a comparable replacement — your choice.
  • Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice, but the price shown at the time your order is confirmed is the price you pay.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it (or when you receive our confirmation email, whichever happens first). We may decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stockouts — always with a full refund and an email explaining why.

5. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in US dollars and include no sales tax unless stated at checkout.
  • Free shipping applies to orders over $50; below that, a flat $5.95 rate applies. See the Shipping Policy.
  • Payment is collected at checkout through our payment processor. Your card statement will show VALUE SUPPLY CO.
  • Estimated sales tax is shown at checkout and finalized when your order ships; it is calculated and collected where required by law.

6. Shipping and risk of loss

Orders ship within 48 hours from our Charlotte warehouse via USPS or UPS, with delivery in 3–6 business days (see the Shipping Policy for details and exceptions). Title to the goods passes to you upon delivery to your address. Damaged-in-transit items are replaced free under our damaged-item policy — see Returns & Refunds.

7. Returns and refunds

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, processed within 5–10 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Full details, including bundle proration and the damaged-item replacement process, live in our Returns & Refunds policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Site — its text, illustrations, design, branding, and code — is owned by Value Supply and Co LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to shop it, screenshot it, and tell your friends; you may not republish it commercially without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use the Site to break the law, probe its security, scrape it at abusive volume, or impersonate us or our customers. We may block traffic that threatens the Site's operation.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as provided by applicable consumer-protection statutes, which these Terms do not limit.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For disputes that can't be settled by a friendly email, the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina have jurisdiction — though small-claims court is always an option for both of us.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; the "Effective" date above will change when we do. The Terms in force when you place your order govern that order.
