The Baker's Dozen is thirteen pieces of actual baking: two stainless mixing bowls, a half sheet pan, a square pan, a loaf pan, a 12-cup muffin pan, a wire rack, a silicone baking mat, a whisk, a spatula, a beech rolling pin, and measuring cups and spoons.
The pans are heavy-gauge aluminized steel — the material bakery pans are made of — with rolled rims that resist warping in a hot oven. The mat is food-grade silicone rated to 480°F, and the bowls have non-skid bases so they don't skate across the counter mid-whisk.
